Hello, I'm Lisa, owner of The Ruddington Cake Company.

I design and make wedding cakes in the East Midlands area.

I first caught the cake making/designing bug in 2007 after enrolling onto a sugar flower making course at my local college, and i've pretty much been up to my elbows in butter cream and chocolate ganache ever since!

​

The best part is getting to work with such a wonderfully diverse mixture of couples and helping each one to design and create their own very special wedding cake that will be remembered for years to follow.

I specialise in creating elegant, bespoke, wedding cakes. 

​

My main priority is that my couple have enjoyed the whole process of their wedding cake design from initial enquiry to arriving on their special day and seeing the cake set up and ready.

I aim to keep the process stress free, enjoyable and personal.
